Where are you located?
Our address is 1 Sheila Drive, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724. We are in a great central location.
Our studio is 45 minutes away from New York City, NY and 45 minutes away from Philadelphia, PA. There is plenty of FREE parking on the lot too.
What kind of video shoots can you do?
Music videos, marketing videos, audition videos, fashion shows, tutorial videos, how-to videos, Green Screen, etc.
How can I make a reservation?

Do you rent your studio for non-podcast, non-vodcast sessions?
Yes. We can rent our studio for other services, such as an event space for a product launch, fashion shows, video shoots, movies, etc.
Do you provide professional lighting?
Yes. All our lighting is pro-rated. We have professional lighting engineers onsite. We can provide lighting for in-studio sessions, as well as, for events at off-site locations.
Can I bring my own videographer and photographer?
Yes. You can rent our soundstage studio and bring your own team to record. However, only WPS staff can operate our company equipment.
Does my reservation time also include time to set-up and breakdown?
Yes. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Your reservation time will commence promptly at the allotted time, therefore, if you reserved one of our studios and you need to set-up and breakdown equipment, make sure you allow for this time in your reservation.
For example: If you are a band wanting to record a music video in our soundstage, you will need to reserve the space for a minimum of 3 hours. You will need time to set-up your equipment, do sound checks, do practice runs before actual filming begins and you may also need to do retakes. You may not be able to complete your session if another client has a booking right after your allotted time slot. If there’s availability, you will be charged overtime fees… so plan accordingly!
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes and no. If renting our sound stage studio, you may be able to bring your own equipment, but approval by WPS management will need to be acquired for the equipment you intend to use. You cannot bring your own recording equipment if you are renting our Podcast/Vodcast studios.
Can I livestream from my mobile device?
You cannot livestream to any social media channels while in a recording session. We provide professionally produced live streaming services for you to choose from. However, you can make social media posts while not in a recording session.
Do you provide discounted plans for clients who want to use your studios regularly?
Yes. We have several different packages available for content creators who want to use our studios on a regular basis. Please contact us for more information.
Do you charge for overtime? Can I extend the studio time?
Yes. Clients will be required to schedule their sessions in blocks ahead of time. If you need more time after your scheduled studio time, you will be charged an overtime fee at $5.00 per minute for every minute past the contracted end time. If you are in the middle of a recording session and your allotted time is over, you may be able to continue your session IF no other customers are scheduled for the next time slot, but overtime fees will apply. Payment for the additional time will be due promptly at the end of the session. If the time slot is not available, then we must respect the next customer and wrap up your session. You can schedule a new session to complete your project as soon as a new time slot is available.
Do you rent your studio to independent film companies?
Yes. A flat day rental fee will apply. Please contact us by email at or giving us a call at (732)936-9916 to discuss your project and for more information.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
When you book a session, we reserve the time for the studio and equipment for your use. We will gladly reschedule sessions upon the availability of new time slots. A rescheduling fee of $25.00 will apply to reserve the new time slot. However, because we cannot fill time already booked, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
What forms of payment do you accept for services?
We accept cash payments, business checks, and most major credit/debit cards. We also accept payments via ApplePay, Paypal, CashApp, and Venmo. Personal checks are not accepted.
